Deep tissue body therapy focuses on applying firm pressure to deeper muscle fibres and connective tissue. Techniques include slow strokes, deep finger pressure, kneading, and friction to break down adhesions and relieve muscle tension. This therapy is best suited for clients dealing with chronic pain, muscle injuries, or high stress levels. It contrasts with gentler massages by targeting deeper layers for therapeutic relief and long-lasting relaxation.
